Josh is the Clinic Director and Physiotherapist at Daisy Hill Physiotherapy. A dedicated and knowledgeable professional, Josh has a keen interest in men’s pelvic health physiotherapy and has a passion for helping men overcome the challenges that can arise in this area.

With extensive experience and training in the field, Josh has a deep understanding of the unique needs of men and is committed to helping them improve their pelvic health and well-being. He takes a personalized approach to care, working closely with his patients to understand their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Having come from lead roles including Head Physiotherapist for the Queensland Basketball League (Mackay Meteors), Head Physiotherapist for Queensland Rugby League (Mackay Cutters) and facilitating care for the North Queensland Cowboys, Josh has an ongoing passion for high level evidence based care.

In addition to his professional expertise, Josh is an active individual who enjoys CrossFit, strength training, and leading a healthy lifestyle. Karly is committed to helping women improve their pelvic health and well-being, with a focus on conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and post-partum recovery. She takes a holistic and personalized approach to care, working closely with her patients to understand their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans. She also specialises in fitting and management of pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse.

In addition to her professional training and expertise, Karly is a strong competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and understands the importance of physical activity in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a mother of 5 girls, she is acutely aware of the challenges that women face, especially during pregnancy and post-partum, and is dedicated to helping women overcome these challenges and improve their overall health and well-being.

Jaslynn is an empathetic Physiotherapist who is highly invested in her client’s wellbeing. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life and is committed to understanding the needs of her patients in various aspects of their lives. She believes in a holistic approach to health and collaborating with her patients to develop a plan as a team that works with them.

In addition to strong foundations in anatomy, she is devoted to keeping up with research and continuously learning to improve techniques and skills to improve the management of patients under her care. She hopes to help patients alleviate their symptoms with manual therapy while also educating and empowering them to manage their condition.

Outside of work, Jaslynn is an experienced competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has competes at local and regional-level competitions. She fully understands the exacting demands of sport and the unique injuries and stresses it can place on the body. She is experienced in the management of grappling-related injuries and the unique movement patterns and adaptations required for the sport.

Other than Jiu Jitsu, she also has an interest in various activities such as weightlifting, Pilates and running and appreciates the different requirements and difficulties of each individual sport. She is passionate about helping patients stay active and live the life that they love!
